You can gain access to the spa in two ways:
Scan the QR code on the Spa window to be routed to the registration form
Register directly on the website by completing the form found here.
2. Complete Form
Enter your name, email and phone number.
3. Receive Your Access Link
You’ll receive a text with your personal access link from our digital entry system, Kisi. Your access link will be valid for 60 days. For quicker entry in the future, we recommend downloading the Kisi app, which gives you easy access during our operating hours.

For everyone’s safety:
Only let yourself in — do not allow others to enter with you unless they’re part of your group or have a dog with them.
Close the door behind you when entering or leaving — it will automatically lock.
6. Paying for Your Wash
We’re cashless, so just tap your phone, debit or credit card to pay at the wash station.
How-to use our self-serve wash machines
1. Getting Started
Choose a 15-minute wash for $20 or 24 minutes for $30, then tap your card or phone to pay—add extra time at the end in 3-minute increments for $5 each.
2. Start with a Rinse
Begin by selecting the Rinse option. This helps loosen dirt and preps your pup’s coat before shampooing.
3. Shampoo
Choose Shampoo to lather up with our gentle, plant-based Apple Cream formula. It’s hypoallergenic and leaves coats soft and silky. Massage in by hand, then rinse thoroughly.
4. Tea Tree Shampoo (Optional)
Need extra care? Select Tea Tree Shampoo to calm sensitive skin and naturally repel fleas and ticks. Massage in and rinse well.
5. Conditioner
Apply the nourishing Apple Cream Conditioner for smooth, shiny, tangle-free fur. Gently work it in, then rinse.
6. Blow Dry
Start on Low and dry in sections, moving against the direction of hair growth. Use High if needed.
Pro Tip: Bring your own towel for a quicker dry, and hold the dryer nozzle close to your dog’s fur to speed things along!
7. Cleaning the Tub
All done? Remove your pup, then select the Tub Cleaner setting to leave it fresh and ready for the next pup.
