You’ll receive two emails—one with your personal access link from our digital entry system, Kisi, and another with links to download the Kisi app to your smartphone. Your access link will be valid for 60 days. For quicker entry in the future, we recommend downloading the Kisi app, which gives you easy access during our operating hours.

4. Entering the Facility

Click the button on your access link to unlock and enter.

For everyone’s safety:

• Only let yourself in — do not allow others to enter with you unless they’re part of your group or have a dog with them.

• Close the door behind you when entering or leaving — it will automatically lock.

We’re cashless, so just choose your wash, tap your phone, debit or credit card to pay at the wash station.

Shampoo, conditioner, tea tree flea and tick repellent wash, blow dryers, teeth cleaner, ear cleaner, colognes and brushes.

You can choose a 15-minute wash, perfect for quick baths or short-haired dogs, or a 24-minute wash if your pup needs extra time for washing and drying. Need a little longer? Additional time can be added in 3-minute increments.

The shampoo and conditioner are built into the machine. Simply press the button on the screen, and they will dispense through the hose.

Yes. While our self-wash machines include gentle, hypoallergenic products for sensitive pups, we understand some dogs have extra sensitivities. You’re welcome to bring your own. Simply select “rinse” on the machine when using your products.

Not at this time. Our two self wash tubs runs on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have a tub preference that is currently in use, please be patient until it is available.

Yes, you can absolutely wash your cat in our self-serve machines. For a calmer experience, we recommend visiting during a quieter time—such as mornings or early afternoons on weekdays—when fewer dogs are around.
