    You can gain access to the spa in two ways:

    1. Scan the QR code on the Spa window to be routed to the registration form   

    2. Register directly on the website by completing the form found here. This will take you to a short form on our website.

    2. Fill Out the Form

    Enter your name and email (phone number is optional). Click here to access form.

    3. Receive Your Access Link

    After submitting the form, you’ll receive an email or text with a link to your personal access QR code.

    4. Enter the Facility

    Scan the access QR code at the Kisi reader by the door to unlock and enter.

    For everyone’s safety:

    • Only let yourself in — do not allow others to enter with you unless they’re part of your group.

    • Close the door behind you — it will automatically lock.

    Download the Kisi app to your phone for seamless entry any time you visit. Perfect for regulars and members!

  • Once inside, simply tap to pay at the wash station or use the Sit Stay Wash app to redeem or purchase a wash.

    3 Easy Ways to Pay for Your Wash:

    1. Pay at the Machine – We’re cashless, so just tap your debit or credit card.

    2. Use the Sit Stay Wash App – Buy a single wash, redeem a wash package, or use your membership credits.

    3. Become a Member – Want perks and monthly wash credits? Learn more about membership here.

  • We’re sorry to see you go! To cancel your membership, simply reach out to us by email or phone. One of our team members will take care of the cancellation for you. Your membership will remain active through the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

  • Shampoo, conditioner, flea and tick wash, blow dryers, leave in conditioner, teeth cleaner, ear cleaner, and brushes.

  • Each wash is limited to 15 minutes. If more time is needed, you may add 5 minute increments for $4 each.

  • The shampoo and conditioner are in the machine and will come out through the hose when you press the button on the screen.

  • Yes, if you are unable to stand at the dog wash machine we would be happy to help you. Please email us at bark@sitstaywash.com or give us a call or text at ‪(312) 380-5956‬ for assistance.

  • Not at this time. Our two self wash tubs runs on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you have a tub preference that is currently in use, please be patient until it is available.

  • Our premier soap products will keep your pawed customers clean from tail to snout! All of our foaming creations are plant based and hypoallergenic. We use only the highest-quality pet-friendly ingredients, designed to keep them smelling great, looking fluffy and feeling like the top dog!
