Step 1: Download the Kisi app from the App Store or Google Play.

Step 2: Enable Bluetooth and location services on your phone.

Step 3: Open the app and sign in using the email address where you received your access link. If prompted for an organization domain, enter: sitstaywash.

Step 4: Once signed in, tap on “Sit Stay Wash - Front Door” in the app to unlock the door. For hands-free access, simply wave your hand near the Kisi reader — your phone can stay in your pocket or bag.
