1. Virtual Spa Access

You can gain access to the spa in two ways:

Scan the QR code on the Spa window to be routed to the registration form
Register directly on the website by completing the form found here. This will take you to a short form on our website.

2. Fill Out the Form

Enter your name, email and phone number.

3. Receive Your Access Link

After submitting the form, you'll receive an email with your personal access link via our digital access system Kisi. Your access link will be available for the next 60 days. Download the Kisi app for easy, anytime access during operating hours.

4. Enter the Facility

Click the button on your access link to unlock and enter.

For everyone's safety:
Only let yourself in — do not allow others to enter with you unless they're part of your group.
Close the door behind you — it will automatically lock.

6. Paying for Your Wash

Once inside, simply tap to pay at the wash station. We're cashless, so just tap your debit or credit card.
